What if it's a cloudy day for our shoot?
Perfect! We love clouds as long as they are not rain clouds. Cloud cover provides us with more even lighting, we can shoot just about anywhere, and the colours are more saturated.

I have young children that may play up on the day, so what happens then?
This is where our approach and respect is important. For us, the kids dictate the pace of the shoot. We work with them and encourage them to just be themselves, and eventually we will get the results we are all after.

Yes, they are all most welcome. Please ensure to let us know when you book to ensure we provide you with extra time. Please note however that if your group is a particularly large one, additional charges may apply.

What will we do if the weather is really lousy on the day of our location shoot?
We have two choices. We can reschedule or take the photos in your own home. The choice is yours and we will discuss options with you before the day.

How and When do we Pay?
A $50 deposit is required to secure your booking. You can then pay the balance in full with cash on the day, or by direct bank transfer or PayPal within the following 48 hours.

How long does it take for our photos to be ready?
Within 5 working days we will send you a PDF file via email, from which you make your choices for printing. It will then take another 5 working days and we will contact you to organise pick up or delivery. We are also happy to accommodate valid urgent requests.
